can I please get a quote for the Giant Gospel Choir to perform at a wedding event. They would be required to perform in the church only – singing for approximately 30mins. The church service will also not last longer than 1hr and will take place in Hatfield (Hertfordshire).

The event will take place on Saturday 15th March 2013.

Would like to find if Hugh Pryce is available on 5 May 2012 from 3.30pm to play at a civil ceremony and during champagne reception drinks (max 2 hours).

Call for Submissions – Dance Festival
Saturday 17 March 2012

Harrow Council and Harrow Arts Centre are seeking professional, semi-professional and community dance companies/groups to participate in a festival in Harrow Town Centre on Saturday 17 March 2012 between 11am and 5pm. The dance festival is part of the Outer London Fund, an initiative dedicated to strengthening the vibrancy and growth of high streets and their environs.

With performances from at least six professional companies and fourteen youth, community and schools groups, this festival provides an explosion of colour, music and dance. We are looking to programme a diverse range of dance to reflect the cultural diversity of Harrow’s community and to have a continuous level of high-energy activity throughout the day.

The festival will be presented on a truck stage (24ft width at its widest point and 16ft width at its narrowest x 16ft depth) in the main shopping area of Harrow Town Centre and will be hosted by a professional compere. Professional dance companies/groups will be invited to perform for 20 minutes and community dance groups will be invited to perform for 10 minutes each.

Professional groups will be paid a fee for their 20 minute performance.

All submissions/ proposals need to be received by Monday 9 January 2012 in order for us to meet our programming deadline in time. All submissions must include the following supporting information:

• Name, contact details of artist(s), company or community group
• Biographic details of artist(s) and company
• Synopsis of the piece
• No. of people in the performance
• Press clippings of previous shows/events (if available)
• Any video clips or web links of performers
• High quality colour and, if available, black + white images
