Music for London - Londons Live Music Agency. We figured it was time to start a blog site so here it is. Please feel free to leave your comments about artistes or feedback to help us improve our service.

If you like to know what we are up to and how it all begun please feel free to read on. MFL as it is often refered to started its life as a music contracts writing service called Artiste Contracts Ltd in 2002.  It then evolved to Music Contracts UK (www.musiccontracts.co.uk) this is still an active part of our grassroot business. The ethos of this company was to help protect the musicians interest.

However we quickly realised musicians needed more work (gigs) and professional representation more than anything else. Thus Music for London begun in 2003 and was later incoporated in 2004.

Since then we have booked 100s of corporate gigs a year in London via MFL.

2007 has seen an exciting development as MFL has started its expansion programme into Asia via its subsidiary (www.musicforasia.com) with offices in Malaysia, Philipines and Indonesia.

So what is our aim? To generate as much work as possible for musicians around the world and to protect their interest at the same time.
