Talented Harpist based in London
Based in London, England, Dorothy Harpist provides live music for weddings and other special events. An award-winning harpist and the former resident harpist at the Shangri-la Hotel, Dorothy has years of classical training and performing experience in the harp. For over a decade, Dorothy’s greatest passion has been working with couples to create memories that will last a lifetime through her bespoke harp performances.
Dorothy can perform in a variety of music styles, with genres including classical, jazz, folk, popular songs, Bollywood, Irish music etc. From your ceremony entrance to your wedding banquet, she will be ready to provide unforgettable music to your milestone moments. She has recently performed at weddings and events at the following venues: The Peninsula, Four Seasons Hotel, W Hotel, Marina Club, Heritage Baptist Church, Berwick Lodge, Gardens of St. Dunstan East, Prestwold Hall, Pelham House etc.
Specialising in harp performance, Dorothy earned her music degree from the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Czech Republic and her Licentiate (LTCL) from Trinity College London.
