Tom is a professional fingerstyle guitarist with the flare of a flamenco guitarist. With an engaging stage presence, virtuosic technique and hugely diverse repertoire, his genre-bending live shows have been praised for their “spontaneity, technical brilliance and humor”.

Born in London, UK, he was drawn to music and the guitar at a young age. Throughout his youth, he performed wherever and whenever he could, embracing all musical styles and the rich cultural history that the guitar has. His first public appearance was at Tommy Emmanuel’s guitar festival at age fourteen.
Tom gained his Bachelor of Music with Honours in 2014 from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music in London where he studied under the tuition of internationally respected guitar virtuoso and NAXOS recording artist Graham Anthony Devine. During his time at Trinity he also studied composition under Stephen Montague and was first prize winner of The Gladys Puttick Improvisation Competition.
Upon graduating, he was awarded a scholarship to continue his studies abroad. He gained his Masters in music in 2016 from The University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, where he studied under Dr Daniel Bolshoy.
During his time in North America he was the first prize winner of The Northwest Guitar Festival Competition.
Tom has appeared on stages including the Royal Festival Hall, The Queen Elizabeth Hall, The London Guitar Show, The Olympics and many more. He has performed across three continents and is often praised not only for his exceptional musicianship but for his friendly, informative and humorous talk in between pieces.
His repertoire consists of hundreds of pieces ranging from baroque to classical to contemporary to jazz to Latin to popular song arrangements and more.
