With Japanese Repertoire Included
Luka was born and raised in Japan and is currently settled in London. Her passion is music, art and history. She finds beauty in the glamorous world of vintage culture.

Her unique singing background started in Nagauta (Traditional Japanese music which accompanies the Kabuki theatre) and was in an all-female band in high school. Later, she joined a jazz band in Japan. She fell in love not only with jazz songs of the 40s and 50s but also the style: gorgeous dresses, perfect hair, make-up and charismatic personalities such as her idol Julie London. Her soft, warm voice has elegance and sings jazz standards with a touch of romance.
