Upbeat and Lively Background Music
An experienced Guitarist who enjoys performing instrumental upbeat, lively, solo Gyspy style guitar music. Gypsy Jazz originates from the Street of Paris and has a strong Romanian influence. The style of music was made famous by French guitarist Jean (Django) Reinhardt.
The music and solo guitar set-up is ideal for small events that require upbeat and fun background music that is not too overwhelming. The repertoire covers jazz and popular music in the style and influence of Gypsy Jazz using a loop pedal to record the rhythm and sometimes bass parts live than performing the more challenging lead parts on top of that. This makes an interesting and compelling live music performance to watch.
