A Versatile Instrumental Solo Pianist & Pianist Singer That Covers Several Styles
Alice is an experienced and versatile professional pianist, vocalist and party starter. She can set the mood for your event, ambient and relaxing or fun and energetic. She currently holds residencies as a solo piano player (instrumental and singing) in London hotels and bars. In addition, she sometimes sings with backing tracks for a different dancey vibe.
A relative of Dusty Springfield, Alice mixes her soulful roots with the feel of Eva Cassidy’s tenderness and Nina Simone’s Blues. As a trained professional pianist and singer, she has toured the world, supporting artists such as Cyndi Lauper, Thompson Twins’ Tom Bailey, Billy Bragg, Elton John, and Suzie Quatro, fronting her projects.
Alice has toured with TT, playing keyboards and bass, supporting Boy George, B52’s and Belinda Carlisle. She has performed in venues such as Wembley Arena, Manchester Arena, The Cavern, Liverpool, Glastonbury, and countless Stadiums and theatres across Europe and America. In addition, Alice has recorded as a session musician for studio bands for the BBC, E4 and various commercials and films.
She writes her songs, has won songwriting competitions for Classic Rock Magazine and BBC Wilts, and has co-written music with Ben Cullum, Andy Partridge, and Stu Rowe; she continues to perform her songs all over the globe.
