Kirsty DJ

Kirsty was very professional and always available to talk. Prior to the wedding day, she went through a lot of details with us and made sure that her music was matching with our style and expectations. And she is such a lovely person. All our guests loved her, we would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of getting a DJ for their wedding. Kirsty was amazing! She lit up the night.

Kirsty was a breath of fresh air from her review page. We were looking for an informal and flexible DJ that would play ‘our tunes’, and Kirsty put us straight at ease with “one person’s cheese is another person’s gold” – and really got to know our music tastes. She was incredibly laid back, accepting random additions to our playlist thought (and was clear that was for a sample, not the entire playlist, as she’d curate similar songs and link it all together).  She turned up promptly, got herself set up with no fuss, and managed to keep the dancefloor full throughout the entire evening. I loved her choices. She worked magic. Wonderful DJ, would recommend it.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you so much for Saturday. You were amazing from start to finish, and we both had the best time. The music selection was absolutely perfect, and the choice of closing songs was spot on. Even managed to get my Mum briefly onto the dance floor, which I can genuinely say I haven’t seen happen at any point during my life! We’ve had so many people say to us how amazing the music was and how it was the perfect close to the day, so a huge thank you for helping to make our day so special!

We found Kirsty to be very professional and would highly recommend her. Kirsty took the time to call us in advance and really discuss both the music choices and the wider event plans, including working around the speeches. She contacted the venue manager and the saxophone player we had also organised directly, which was super helpful in terms of taking some of the organisation off our hands. Kirsty even recommended an improvement to the venue floor layout to ensure guests would be encouraged to hit the dance floor – which they did.  At all times, Kirsty documented what we’d discussed and arranged. Finally, the music was banging. Kirsty offered a broad selection of music and tailored her playlist to exactly what we wanted. She even went to the trouble of finding the perfect version of our entrance music.

irsty was an excellent addition to our wedding day. She was super friendly and professional leading up to the event, and gave us an opportunity to dive into what music we’d like, as well as other finer details such as first dance, and closing tracks. On the day, Kirsty’s setup was seamless and prompt; and her DJ set was entirely in line with what we outlined in a previous chat. She adapted the music expertly according to who was on the dance floor. She was super friendly to all of our guests, and even reacted very calmly and professionally when a guest accidentally pulled the plug on her kit! We couldn’t be happier with Kirsty’s performance, thank you for making our day extra special!

 Kirsty was amazing from start to finish! We were very new to planning corporate events and she was great at asking the right questions and guiding us in the right direction to ensure that we threw the best possible party for our colleagues. Kirsty was able to read the vibe right from the start and perfectly planned the music with a quieter start whilst we had canapés to the greatest dancing tunes as the night went on. Not only was Kirsty fantastic at getting the music just right, she was great to speak to and very easy to communicate with from the planning stage and throughout our event. We look forward to seeing Kirsty at our Christmas party and beyond! We would recommend Kirsty as THE best DJ to have at any event – she really is fantastic!
