Hi there!
I’m a female multi-instrumentalist and songwriter from the hippy town of Totnes, Devon.
I’m currently in Austin, Texas and have recently set up an account on Airgigs.com. I can record vocal, acoustic guitar, cajon and bass guitar parts for your songs…and you can order these from anywhere in the world!
I’m proudly endorsed by Takamine, Schlagwerk Percussion, Logarhythm Stomp Boxes and LR Baggs.
I was also asked by Roland to road test their VR3 audio/video mixer.
I have been writing, recording and performing for the past 19 years and have been involved in a huge mix of projects.
Last year (2013) I was hired by a Baltimore based band to play drums and cajon. The tour was over 2.5 months and we played in 18 different states.
I have toured all over the UK and Europe. I have played many shows in Germany and completed a 3 week tour with Elli Erl (who won the 2nd season of German Idol). Elli and I also co-wrote and recorded an EP together which will be released some time in 2014.
In the Summer of 2013 I played cajon for Martin Barre (Jethro Tull) at a BBC event which was aired live on the radio.
As well as performing and working with other artists I also write and perform my own material. In 2010 I was the Winner of the Leipzig Singer/Songwriter contest and in 2012 I won Best Acoustic Act at the South West Music Awards.
I’m currently co-writing material with drumming/songwriting legend Phil Gould (Level42) and I also provided cajon, bass guitar and acoustic guitar parts for some of Phil’s new material. I’m also co-writing with Dan Cassidy (Eva Cassidy’s brother).
I’m offering extremely reasonable rates via Airgigs and it’s a whole lot of fun 🙂 Check out my profile, would love to hear from you:
