Singer-Songwriter and Multi-Instrumentalist
Satis is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Northern England who writes and produces mainstream and rock-influenced pop music. Among the instruments he plays are the guitar (acoustic & electric), bass, drums, keys/piano, violin, and mandolin.
He wrote and produced his first 15-track album at the age of 14 and performed in different bands for several years. At the age of 20, he recorded an anacoustic EP that led to all of the tracks being picked up by his local radio station (BBCIntroducing Leeds) and signed his first track to the EDM label Blanco Y Negro which now has over a million streams on Spotify.
After working several years as a songwriter and singer for DJs and EDM producers on more than 200 songs, and a brief stint at the Los Angeles College of Music on a merit-based scholarship, he is now pursuing a solo career in London as an artist and songwriter. Over the past year, he has co-produced 4 new tracks that led to him gaining management and performed at some reputable music venues, including The Ned, The Blues Kitchen, and The Bedford.
Musical influences include bands and artists such as John Mayer, Ben Howard and Maroon 5. Satis’s vocals are a key component of his music, which engages audiences with dynamism and vitality in addition to his songwriting skills.
