Vega Electric String Quartet

Electric String Quartet in London

Vega is a dynamic new electric string quartet, breaking the rules of traditional electric string groups, and bringing live effects, extraordinary energy, and a fresh take on the genre. The Vega musicians have extensive professional performance and studio experience, and have come together to create an act that brings fresh ideas, incredible musicianship, and impact to their audiences.

Vega provides a high impact 15 minute show created especially to showcase their vibrancy, versatility, and improvisational skills, and includes music from Fatboy Slim, Pink Floyd, Madonna, Muse, and more, taking the audience from ambient bliss to a high-octane experience.

They can also offer classical/pop/chillout background sets to complement the show, and to build the event up to the high impact show.

Recent Vega Electric String Quartet performances have been at prestigious venues such as Villa Miani in Rome, The British Museum, and The Serpentine Gallery, and for clients spanning De Beers Diamonds, to fashion and blogging brands where they have received rave reviews.

The Vega girls have vast experience between them, having played with countless artists such as Bastille, Clean Bandit, Elbow, Escala, Lady Gaga, Robbie Williams, Rod Stewart, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Status Quo to name a few. They have West End show experience, countless studio credits, and have come together to create something very special.
