With the buildup to the 2012 Olympics now in full swing, what better theme for company parties, charity balls, awards ceremonies and general knees-ups, than the Olympics themselves?
The Olympic Flames are an 8-piece band themed around the Olympics and sporting achievement. With sports themes (with a distinctly whacky edge – think CHARIOTS OF FIRE with a ska beat….!), inspirational and motivational songs (WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS, DON’T STOP BELIEVING, SIMPLY THE BEST…) and most importantly, 2 hours of guaranteed dancefloor fillers, the Flames will also run games and competitions during the night. Whether it’s the Limbo Contest, the Conga Challenge, or just plain best-dressed and best-dancer, we will award medals to your most talented partygoers. And we will adapt these games to fit in with an individual client’s needs (for example – 3 main bosses of a corporation, each can have their own team throughout the night).
The Olympic Flames promise to be the most fun, interactive musical experience around. Use of wireless mics throughout the band make sure there are no barriers between musicians and guests, and a 4k PA and extensive lighting will enhance any venue from top hotel to sports hall.
With individual credits including Tom Jones, Dizzee Rascal, Jocelyn Brown, The Streets, Patrice Rushen, Samantha Fox and many many more, the band is available now for any kind of event.
