Vintage Themed Ukulele Ensemble
Unique Ukulele is a vintage themed ukulele and banjo (or 2 ukuleles) ensemble with Singing. Linda and Anthony have travelled extensively with their unique sound performing at various venues in the UK and Internationally.
Having received their training at London’s prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama, as well as Brunel University, the player in this ukulele ensemble have had the privilege of performing at venues such as the London Palladium, Savoy Hotel,100 Club,Oxford Street, Institute of Contemporary Arts, Radisson Edwardian Hotels, Onslow Square Residents’ Association (Chairman Julian Lloyd Webber), Dave Lee Travis Celebrity House Party, BBC 1 Television, Channel 5 Television, BBC Radio 2.
The ensemble are able to do an acoustic ‘walkabout’, singing and playing with ukuleles and can work with backing tracks and a PA system.
They also incorporate singing acts, singing American Swing and ballads (in the style of Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland and Marilyn Monroe), and in the style of Noel Coward with sophisticated vintage songs.
With ample of experience, an amazing harmony between the duo as well as charm and grace, Unique Ukulele is an ideal option for those looking to have a unique performance for an event .
