Award winning Mitzvah Klezmer Band embodies the new generation of Yiddish roots music. Serving up an exuberant and soulful cocktail of wedding songs and lamenting lullabies.
Swooping with panache through centuries of traditional Eastern European music, they preserve all the original heartfelt melodies, foot-stomping beats and echoes of a bygone era.
A firm feature on the London folk scene they play regularly at venues including Jamboree, JW3 and Green Note. They also have a wealth of experience playing for weddings, bar mitzvahs, dances and other parties and functions.
