Professional Tabla & Sitar Indian Classical Musicians
Tabla Sounds are among the most sought after and busiest professional classical Indian Tabla and Sitar duos in the UK and Europe. They perform the Delhi, Ajrada and Purab styles of playing whilst performing newly composed and old classical tabla compositions, some of which date almost 300 years ago. Their chemistry on stage reflects the harmony of their playing, making Tabla Sounds not only pleasing to the ear but entertaining to watch as a duet.

This Tabla & Sitar Duo also provide a Tabla Duet (Tabla & Tabla) popularly known as jugalbandi for an additional fee as an extra Tabla Player is required.
Testimonials
Dear Titus,
I just want to thank you so much for sending the three marvellous musicians. I don’t know how guests found out that I had organised them, but I was given so many compliments from the assembled guests for finding them. The latter thought they were exceedingly accomplished and created perfect music for the occasion, mainly as it was held in a Raj tent with an Indian theme. Guests spilt out onto the lawn, and all could hear the music. It was a fantastic day with music and dancing from Indonesia and Spain & countries close to the heart of my late pal, Linda. My husband and I eventually left at 10.40 pm, and the party was still going strong! I managed to meet Udit and the others and hope they had a safe journey back to London.
Thank you again for all your help with this.
Very best wishes
Hi Titus
To say the guests appreciated the music from Udit and his colleague, it was a perfect background to my mother’s remembrance celebration.
Neil
I am just emailing to thank you so much for playing on Friday night. You were fantastic and made the party. I hope you enjoyed playing at the museum and that everything was ok for you. Thank you so much again.
Hi Guys,
I just wanted to say a big thanks for your time and performance on Friday night – the feedback has been excellent, and I appreciated you being there!
Many thanks!
Dear Titus Raj
We were delighted with Udit and Robert’s performance last Saturday. Many of our guests have mentioned how much they liked the tabla/sitar duo. The sound was just right for our event, with a notable Indian theme.
Please pass on my thanks to Udit and Robert. I hope they enjoyed the event as well.
Thanks for everything. I just wanted to let you know how professional and friendly all three of the acts you provided were. I was so impressed with how they handled things (it was slight chaos setting up Bollywood Strings and Chinese Rose Band). All three of them were great and added to the ball and atmosphere.
Cheers to Udit & Jonathan for their brilliant performance at our corporate event. My sincere thanks to each one of them. They were much appreciated by all who attended.
Regards,

Hello looking for a decent and an economical sitar /tabla duo for 1 hour for the 1st July 17, From 16:30 at Chiswick. I’d prefer a musician of Indian origin if that’s ok.
Bestwishes,
JAK
Generally a Sitar player does not play on his own (solo) as the music would lack bass and rhythm which the tabla generally provides. The sitar on its own can sound quiet empty. The lowest you can hire the Sitar and Tabla Duo combination in London is approx £550.00 for a 1 hour booking, the standard 2 – 3 hour booking in London or within Greater London is £650.00 depending on the logistics of the venue. We have a combination of musicians of Indian origin and English origin who play Indian Music, however if you definitely need and Indian for aesthetic reason, we can provide this.
Can you tell me how much these are for a mid week date in July, for a supperclub/restaurant evening where i would require them for background music. I probably don’t have the money for 2 people, so can you send me some other ideas and examples of single players also. I don’t have a budget, the musician mus be indian.
